How to use

New lawn seeding or repairing bare spots

1. Loosen the soil bed to a depth of 7.5 cm (3 in.). Rake and remove debris and rocks. Cover with C-I-L^® ENRICHED LAWN SOIL for a nutrient-rich planting medium.
2. Apply C-I-L^® SO-GREEN^® PERFECT LAWN SUN & SHADE GRASS SEED 13-0-0 evenly to the prepared area with a spreader. 
3. Lightly rake and tamp to ensure good seed-to-soil contact.
4. Lightly water daily to keep the seed moist until established.

Overseeding

1. Mow your lawn on a low setting (approximately 5 cm in height).
2. Rake to loosen soil to a depth of 3 to 5 cm and remove dead grass.
3. For optimal results, top with 3 cm of C-I-L^® ENRICHED LAWN SOIL before seeding. 
4. Apply C-I-L^® SO-GREEN^® PERFECT LAWN SUN & SHADE GRASS SEED 13-0-0.
5. Lightly rake and tamp to ensure good seed-to-soil contact.
6. Lightly water daily to keep the seed moist until established.

When to apply

Apply C-I-L^® SO-GREEN PERFECT LAWN SUN & SHADE GRASS SEED 13-0-0 in mid-spring when soil temperatures warm up, or from mid-August to late September. Optimal germination occurs between 10 °C and 25 °C. Cool spring weather and freezing temperatures will delay germination and growth. 

Tips

• Seed when soil temperatures are above 10 °C.
• Lightly water after seeding, 2 to 3 times daily, for the first 7 days.
• Wait until new grass reaches 7.5 cm (3 in.) in height before mowing.
• Wait 4 weeks before fertilizing or applying herbicide.
   

Precautions

CAUTION: Use as recommended. Avoid inhaling dust. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, gloves and safety glasses when handling and applying the product. If inhaled, provide fresh air. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Wash hands after use.

Storage

Store in a dry place in original container. Keep well sealed after use and out of the reach of children and pets.

Disposal

Recycle empty packaging or discard with household garbage, as applicable.
